Our mission is to construct a more equitable world. We prioritize safety and strive for excellence and efficiency in everything that we do. We act responsibly, with integrity, and inclusivity in order to create a better future.
First action. Your project proposal is assessed at this step to see if it can be carried out and to assess its viability. This marks the start of a project’s existence when its goals are determined and established.
Arranging. In this phase, the project is developed further and the specifics required to achieve the project objectives are outlined. During this stage, you determine the total amount of work that needs to be done, the tasks and resources needed, and the plan of action to complete them all. The project manager often creates a project budget that includes labor, equipment, and material cost estimates. Following the determination of every planning detail, a quality plan demonstrating the objectives, assurance, control mechanisms, building codes, and even customer criteria should be produced. The project would be prepared for implementation by now.
Implementation. Greetings and salutations from the implementation phase, where the project plan is implemented on location. During the execution stage, communication and project control are crucial. Through progress reports and activity performance, the project manager can exert influence over the project’s direction. Any variation from the original design needs to be recognized and fixed. Since the intention behind action is to never stray from the original plan, progress reports must always be sent on schedule.
Observing: The monitoring phase, which occurs concurrently with the execution phase, encompasses all performance evaluation and advancement associated with tracking and guaranteeing that the project is proceeding in accordance with the construction timetable and plan.
Finalization. The project is prepared for closure once all components have been delivered and approved by the client. All tasks associated with the ultimate handover to the client are included in this phase.
In summary
Careful planning is required to develop a timetable that will enable you to complete your construction projects on time and within budget if you want to be successful. Both construction planning and scheduling take a lot of time to create and implement but the time you will save during the actual work will be more than the time you spent creating your plan and schedule.
